"Taking charge of your fertility" by Toni W (I can never remember how she spells he last name, there is a website also I think it is tcoyf.com but you might google it. it is very informative.
on another note, I'm at the other end of the female cycle (menopause) and have had trouble with my hormones but one book I was reading suggested taking melatonin at night for sleeping, and they said an added bonus was help in regulating hormones, (which should help you ovulate), which in my case it does seem to be doing a great job of that, my hormones have improved and I have all signs of ovulation as well. (melatonin can give you very vivid dreams the first few nights, so be aware) you can google it to see how it affects trying to get pregnant, but is sure has helped me. Melatonin is one of the hormones that helps regulate the bodies hormone balance, which in turn helps you to ovulate, it is really quite fascinating how it all works together.
and one last thought, I have an app on my iPhone called P Tracker, it is great! it can track you BBT, aprox ovulation and other symptoms of your cycle, I love it for tracking my period. now I know about when I will start each month.
good luck!
