this is not actually a question but a suggestion..
i recently posted a question here about my son not pooping everyday.. i had helpful answers and i am indeed grateful..
almost 2weeks ago, i remembered my parents used to give me Papaya when i was a kid every time poop is hard and cant go through easily..

as we all know, Papaya helps prevent constipation and also aid in digestion. it contains the protein called papain which is a digestive enzyme that helps in natural digestion process. the juice of it helps in alleviating infections of the colon by clearing away the infection, pus and mucus. it says also regular consumption will help in improving the problem...

now im giving it to my son and he is now having his BM every other day unlike what i posted before he pooped every 3-4-5 days.. he used to poop every other day since he was 11month old but when we had out vacation he started pooping only once/ twice a week.. Papaya really help my son overcome this problem..
try it, guys.. it might work on your kids as well..

What can I do next?

I have heard of the "five Ps for constipation," which include prunes, peaches, pears, plums and aPricots.

I guess it should have been SIX Ps!! :o)
(Good old fashioned high fiber foods and bran still work also.)

My Pedi told me to feed my son "The Ps" . He included "plum, pear, and prunes." I guess "papaya" was possibly on his list too. He said it was b/c they contained pectin (I thought that's what he said). But good to know that Papaya can be added to my list of Ps.

Blueberries, strawberries, fresh apples, broccoli - as well. High fiber foods and lots of fruits and veggies will promote a healthy stool schedule.
Foods that constipate are - cheeses and white breads and sweets.
