K.D.
I would go to one at Texas Children's. I know it is a pain to go the medical center, but my old pediatrician said that the pediatric cardiologists there are all good.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a pediatric cardiologist in the Woodlands or Spring area?

Call St. Lukes in The Woodlands. They work with TX Children's so they might have a cardiologist in the Woodlands or know one nearby. (FYI, since they are affiliated with TX Children's our pediatritian said to always use that ER if possible b/c there is a TX Child's Dr on staff and if you have to transfer downtown it's very easy)
I don't know of one specifically, but from what I have been told, there are not a lot of them out there, (pediatric specialists) so whatever recommendation you get, will probably be the one to try, and I would guess you may need to see one in Houston, probably at Texas Children's or Hermann. If you are not already, you can see a pediatrician through one of the TX Children's clinics around town and they should be able to refer you. You can do a search and check out physician's past medical histories (any lawsuits, etc.) if you google Texas Medical Board for more information when you get referrals to doctors.
Good luck with everything.
I do not know of one in The Woodlands or Spring, even though I live there, but was recommended to one in the Medical Center with my son. If you are interested it is the Pediatric Cardiology Clinic on Fannin, UT Physicians, phone number ###-###-####.
Hi A. - We saw Dr. Friday with Texas Children's Pediatric specialists. I know she works downtown, but we saw her at the northwest clinic location - on 1960 near 290. She was great with our son. Hope that helps.
