Does your child have them how do you like them? Are they on their Christmas list?I have a Ladybug on 1 of my childrens list & I plan on getting it,however the cost is steep for this item but it's Christmas & this is the time of yr. besides Birthdays I buy things that I normally will not purchase.Just wanted to reach out for your input since nobody I know has them. Thanks

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

I'll check online for more reviews but like I said i's Christmas this is the only time I will purchase something like this expensive for an item I see paying no more than 20 bucks for. However I do have a coupon & will be purchasing it,if it breaks i'll return it with recepit in hand and walking away with my money back not going to repurchase it hoping it won't break. My kids do take care of their things so that isn't a huge issue things aren't made the way they need to be made everything is made to be trashed in a few months or a year then repurchasde with poorer quality than before.

My daughter has a piggy PillowPet and the rainbow unicorn DreamLight. She loves them both. Piggy is her pillow that she sleeps on every night, and Rainbow sleeps right next to Piggy & Sabrina (my daughter). Sabrina has had Piggy for well over a year now, and she loves her just as much now as she did when she first got her. I love that you can just throw the PillowPet in with a regular laundry load (in both the washer & the dryer). BTW, don't try that with the DreamLight....It's spot clean only due to the batteries & lighting parts. They seem like they are pretty well-made, too. If you don't want to pay full price, you may want to try looking on eBay. Good luck!

My daughter has three of them. She loves them! They work really well and they hold up well. None of ours have ever broken. I highly recommend them.

Our daughter has one and it works great! I wasn't sure what to expect, but the lights have good power and show up well on her ceiling. We've had it for months and she uses it every night. Love it!

ETA: Target also carries them.

My DD got one for her Bday a few months ago. I normally don't buy crappy cheap items (but sold expensive) like that, but it was the ONLY thing she really wanted. I paid about $15 for it.... it was on sale at Fred Meyer. I would not have forked over $30 for it!

I have to say I was skeptical about it, but it is holding up really well. The lights do actually project stars on the ceiling and the auto-shutoff works too.

The one thing: it does NOT come with batteries and it requires AAA batteries, make sure you buy them when you get the Dreamlight or the present will be quite underwhelming...

I also saw them at Costco for $20...
Good luck!

My 6 y/o has been wanting the unicorn dream lite for a while but they are so pricey. My sister got both of our girls one 2 weeks ago in Costco for $19.99. If you have a Costco check there. They really do light up the room quite a bit but not intrusively.

Peace and Blessings,
T.

My boys (6 and 3) each have one, but we haven't had great luck with their longevity. The puppy one, in particular, seems to get stuck on rapid flash, fairly often. We have replaced it once already (bought it less than 4 mos ago), but is is already broken again.

My youngest son is getting a dreamlight for christmas. He has been asking for months and so we decided to buy it for him. My youngest daughter has one that she sleeps with and loves it. It is very calming. I wish it wasn't as expensive--but it is worth it. I say that pillowpet isn't worth it--there are generics that are just as good.

Yes both my kids have them and love them! We've only had them for a few months but they work great and haven't had any issues. We do set them on the 20 minute timer setting though. For a few days my daughter was leaving it on all night (unbeknownst to me) and the batteries died quickly that way!

Costco does have them right now for like $22 which is a great price! Pretty sure Bed Bath and Beyond carries them as well and you can use those 20% off coupons, even if they're expired and get them for about $24.
