Contact that Chamber of Commerce - they will tell you everything you need to know and if you are military (since Lawton is home to Ft Sill), then contact the Army Welfare people on post. They will also (or should have) all the resources you will require. Good Luck. Mt. Scott is interesting and not too far away (weekend trips maybe) Bartlesville is home to the Philliips Petroleum Company (I think it no longer is viable but is an historic place nice to look at) and Woolorock has an animal preserve.

Simply contact the Lawton Recreation Department and ask them for to see if they put one out. If not let them give you a list of them and obtain a city map.
You should also tell them about your children and ask the to give you a list of the activities they have.
You may also contact the Lawton Library and do the same.
You can contact the city and they will be able to give you all of the information, or give you a list of all departments that have different activities during the year.

Here's a map to all the parks. Almost every neighborhood has a playground, so I wouldn't really worry about that. However, I would definitely contact Lawton PD to get a crime rate map. That was what we used to determine where we wanted to live when we got here two years ago.

You can google it. Just google "playground Lawton" (and include the state name, too)

You might not find a map of all of them, but you'll get maps of each and zip codes and such.
