You don't usually repost questions - you add to the question by writing "ETA" (Edited To Add) or you put something in the "so what happened" section. That won't help the people who already responded, but it will help the new responders.
Try to slow down and really proof your question. Forget the stress of what's bothering you and figure out how this reads to everyone else who don't know you or your situation. What you think is clear to you may not be for anyone else. Typos can change the sense of the sentence, can result in a lot of questions ("Wait, do you have 2 or 3 children?") and keep you from getting responses that help because everyone's still trying to figure out your question. You say you don't pay attention to your typing - but really, you have to - the essence of good communication is clarity.
And no, trolls de-value and clutter up the site and need to be reported. It's insulting to people who try hard to answer questions and help each other. Multiple posts under different account names are a huge red flag.
It's also helpful if the title of the post is really specific - people who write "I have a question" or "please help" or "Looking for doctor" waste a lot of time, and their posts don't go to people who have indicated their interest level. A geographic question about a referral to a doctor or a vacation spot in a specific part of the country needs to say that in the title.
Take some time to study the other posts and to learn how to be more effective in communicating, and you will get better results.
