Friend may need assistance regarding child support. Ex-husband has physical custody due to work schedules only and Mom has more than regular visitation and shares in the costs of kids (sports, clothing, healthcare, food, etc.) Ex literally makes 9 times more than my friend but has filed for a support modification to increase the amount she already pays. He did not hire a lawyer to file (he is going pro se) but wanted to have some options for her if she needs additional advice. Any help you can give would be great!

Use Michelline Burger out of Olathe. I did not receive child support for the first two years after my divorce. (We had two children that we shared equal custody of but the ex made six figures while I struggled with an hourly wage job.) Then I met Michelline Burger. Wow! She made me realize that someone did a number on me (divorce attorney) and that even though we shared equal custody, the ex was going to pony up some bucks since the distribution of funds was so one sided.
