Receiving Several Flowers?

I don't know if anyone has shared this, but I've been meaning to share this tip: In order to remove the flowers number you can quickly click each link in your inbox. You have to do it in rapid succession, but it beats having to go to every post if you don't want to. I usually like to see which post I received a flower for, but if I've only answered one question then it's pretty safe to assume they are all for that one question. I don't know how if it works with a track pad though as I use a wireless mouse. I hope this helps someone though. TTFN! =o)

So What Happened?

You're all very welcome. So far, there is no way to delete them... That would be great. If there ever comes a way to do so that is not obvious then I will be sure to share. As far as having over 1,000 unopened flowers... If you really want them out then you could just do a page or two a day or whenever you're on here. Sounds like sort of a funny thing though... Watching to see how high that number will get. Oh and I must apologize... Without thinking, I sent you all a flower for your responses. Oops! :o)

I have 1089 flowers in my inbox so I think I'm beyond the tip of rapid clicking. I didn't think to clean out my inbox til it was too late!

Thank you so much!! that really helps. I had like 28 flowers in my inbox that were unopened because I didn't want to go to every single post so I just left them. LOL.
@Nellie - I would like to delete them also, if you figure out how, let me know!

I wish I knew about this when it went from Mamasource to Mamapedia! I had a million, I swear! I decided to get "caught up" on them and "cleared" them a few at a time until I finally got caught up. I don't have any now and when I log on, I go thru and look at them to see what questions I got flowers on. =)

OK...so I have a question that is pretty silly...HOW do I delete flowers...at all???? I know I have done it before, but I can not remember how and I would like to clean out my inbox...I'm sure it's simple and I'm just being dense right now! haha! Thanks!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I didn't realize I had any until at least a year had gone by and by then, well, too late to clean up so they've been piling up if I get multiples for the same answer. Now my inbox says 0! Wait, does that mean I'm unpopular now? :)

And to Christie H. that sent me a real message on October 1, 2008 - sorry, I had no idea we had messages on there until quite some time had passed and didn't see yours until I just went through them all. My bad.
