Shish kebabs on the grill? Marinate in dressing or teriyaki (stew meat is tough) Put meat, onions & peppers & mushrooms on skewers and grill.

I love the beef stroganoff idea. You can also cut up the meat, use a soy sauce base, add green peppers and onions and serve over rice. Also, on allrecipes.com, you can click the "ingredients" link at the top and then type in the ingredients you have. It will list recipes that have those things. I just put "stew meat" and 200 recipes came up. Have fun!

My stepmom used to make a great vegtable beef stew. Really easy.

Use V-8 as the base, after browning the meat, add frozen green bean, corn, peas, as desired.

Sorry I can't remember the exact recipe.

You could make beef stroganoff, just cook the meat (stew meat is meant to be cooked slowly so that it gets tender; so a long slow simmer, covered, might work, or cooking it with some broth in the crockpot), then sub it for the meat in the stroganoff recipe.

You could also sub in into an oven roast/pot roast recipe--oven roast/pot roast is often cut up into chunks for stewing, so it's basically the same cut, but cut into smaller pieces. You might need to decrease the cooking time, maybe, if you do that.

Beef and noodles. Easy, brown beef, put in pot with carton of beef stock.
Let simmer? *I usually do in a crock pot, so not sure of time needed on the stove. Then add a package of reams noodles and let simmer another hour or so?

Love the kabob idea. You could also dice up the meat with some veggies and stir fry. Serve with rice.

Cut it up into bite size pieces and make chili. There are easy recipes you can find on the web. There are also even cheater kits in the grocery store (usually on soup aisle) with the dry beans and spices, you just simmer and add the meat.
