We use Johnson Refrigeration, and have for several years. When Mr. Johnson retired he sold his business to a young man who has been running it ever since. I don't remember this man's name, but he is usually the person who comes to our home. We feel very comfortable with him in our home. He is honest, thorough and knowledgeable. His prices are very reasonable. His work is good and he won't sell you a "bill of goods!"

We've been working with Hendels or Hendelson AC (not sure of spelling). They have been great - after we've tried over 4 companies and ALL of them wanted to charge us thousands! These guys were great and very reasonable. They are on Rosie on the house (google it) - it's a valley service that refers reliable contractors to people.

Hi. There are so many out there. We've used Brewers for the past few years with decent results. I don't think they're the cheapest, but as long as you get someone who knows what they're doing they are great. They are also far from the most expensive, and always try to fit people in when there is a crisis. Avoid Chas Roberts at all costs. They installed our unit when the house was new so we thought they'd be good. Nope. They are also not only overpriced, but they tack on fees for everything. Brewers is good about backing things up. The other thing you can do is look around your neighborhood to see how often a certain company's van is hanging around. That's how we chose Brewers, by noticing a lot of people were using them, then by asking questions.
