I ditto Andrea's comment. Some of the SAHM's in my area get together with the moms club and they really like it.
I am a SAHM in Blaine and wondering if there are any other moms in the area that would like to get together once a week to have some adult time. My daughter hates her car seat so I try not to drive anywhere super far away.

I am also a SAHM and live in Circle Pines. I have a 3 month old girl too and would love to have a local Mom's group. While Mom's Club is a great option, it would also be nice to start a Mom's group specifically for Mom's with infants since they can't quite play together like the older kids. Let me know if anyone else shows interest!
Hi
I am interested in getting in some adult only time as well.
I am a single mom with a 5 year old daughter and live in coon rapids. I do work but not very much and am pretty flexable. Let me know what you are thinking.

Hi there Abbey I also am a sahm in Blaine one other lady on here had posted awhile back about getting together with other parents with kids in Blaine and I have been emailing her back and forth and we were just trying to come up with a time and place to meet. It has just been kind of a crazy month for me but let me know if anyone comes up with anything as far as mom groups or anything.. I also had thought about ECFE but alot of the classes are like 15 weeks long. My email is ____@____.com thanks
Check out www.momsclub.org to find a MOMS Club in your area. It's a great way to meet moms and kids in your neighborhood.
I, too, was going to share about MOMS Club. I sure hope you look into it! Also, I became involved with ECFE (Early Childhood Family Education) when my daughter was young. It is nice for your daughter to see other people 'caring' for her while you are out of the room with other parents. You are only in the parents' room maybe 40 minutes. As a first-time mom, it provided me with ideas and a chance to 'mingle' with other moms. Check your school district and see if they can direct you.
Good luck!
