Hi Ladies, I am looking for a GYN for annual check-ups. I live in Peoria and will drive for the right one. Done having children so that is not a specialty needed.
I have a gyn at 59th Ave and Union Hills. Desert West OB/GYN. I've seent Dr. Nina Wilkey for 20 years and she's wonderful. She is only doing gyn now.

I see Diane Spieker (3rd St and Osborne) ###-###-#### and I love her. I live in N. Glendale and she is definitely worth the drive. The only down side is that I book my appointments a year in advance.
Judy Tom is closer, she is with Desert West OB/GYN and she is wonderful too. I personally don't like dealing with her back office, but that is just me.
Someone already mentioned Dr Nina Wilkey at Desert West OB-GYN, in their 59th Ave and Union Hills office. She's great! And as one my friends says (who is also her patient), she has really small hands! :)
Caring For Women is a really great OB/GYN group of doctors who are all women. Located in Scottsdale and also a location at 40th st and bell! I used them with all 3 of my children. The only downside is a long wait to get in for annual checkups. But if there is a problem they get you in quick. Their # is ###-###-####.

I have gone to the same gyn for over 10 years now and absolutely love him. His name is Dr. Allan Sawyer and his office is at 67th ave & Thunderbird. There # ###-###-####. You should give them a try!!
I agree with the other post. Diane Spieker, M.D. is the best. She takes the time to listen and is well respected by her peers. I think she was voted one of the best Phoenix doctors in 2007 or 2006. I've been seeing her for 14 years.
The downside is you do have to schedule a yearly about a year in advance but I think she's well worth it.

Nina Wilkey at Desert West (Union Hills) is awesome. She's very knowledgeable and has something like 20 yrs of experience. They have 3 locations and they've been great since I started using them in 2001.
