Please help me. I need to get a divorce and I have interviewed over 20 attorneys. My divorce is going to be very complicated. My husband is narcissistic, bi-polar, has borderline personality disorder and is very controlling. We have two little boys and I want to get them out of the abusive cycle. I need someone who will FIGHT for my rights. I'm a SAHM and my husband has cut me off financially and has changed all of he bills into his name. But I do know what it feels like to be in a marriage as this one, cause I'm in one right now.I had my husband served w/papers and he kinda changed but things are still bad so I know how it is. My mom husband used her in his custody case and it didn't look like he had a snowballs chance in !@#$ but he got custody.

I had an ugly divorce with a very similiar man. I used an attorney with Koons Fuller VandenEykel and Robertson in Plano. She was wonderful, having been through a similiar experience. She may practice Collaborative law now, but the firm has over 25 attorneys. My attorney wrote a book a few years ago entitled "How to protect your assets from a Texas Divorce". Just the title made me feel more comfortable!
