Dr. Martins pediatrics in Jville accross from Hildas and Hooligans is good too and the pediatrician is older and more realistic about children illness and such. The are very affordable and quick. They always seem to have the h1n1 vaccines when no one else does. I have gotten same day appointments several times when needed versus the naval hospital who never can seem to see my children for 3-4 weeks and tell me to take them to the emergency room if I need them seen before then! Could you imagine? Anyhow good luck to you

Hi C.,
I'm L. a 56yr old grandmother. My husband & I are raising two of our grandchildren age 4 & 9. We use Jacksonville Children's Clinic in Jacksonville,NC. They are fantasic !!
They also specialize in Asthma & Allergies & Premies. Our 4
year old grandaughter was born premature & in the hospital
nearly 3months after she was born. She's our miracle baby.
Our 9yr old grandson has allergies and asthma and they have
in under control. Dr. Mital is my favorite pediatrian there
but they're all fantastic. They're located next to the
hospital in Jacksonville.

I also like the fact that they have a well clinic & a sick
clinic so well children aren't exposed to infection.

Phone number ###-###-#### automated system will transfer
you to well or sick clinic.

Another 'plus' they can be reached 24/7 someone is ALWAYS
on call and they ALWAYS call you right back.

Hope this helps!!
L.

I used to live in Jacksonville. I now live in Pink Hill, but was so impressed with my pediatrician's office that I've continued taking my daughter there. We go to the Coastal Children's Clinic in Maysville. It would be a drive for you from Richlands but it is worth it. I took my daughter to the Jacksonville Clinic by Onslow Memorial and was very disappointed. We are always treated with respect and in a timely manner at Coastal Children's Clinic and we love all of the staff. They answer all questions, never have an issue with last minute appts. or after hour phone calls and are very caring and wonderful to our daughter. I now drive over an hour to go there and it is worth it! They also have offices in New Bern and Havelock. We have taken our daughter to the New Bern office because she was sick on the weekend and they have weekend sick appts available at that office. We received the same care there as well. Overall, they have made my life much easier knowing I have trusted professionals to take care of my daughter when she is sick. I know many families that make the drive because they are much better than anything they have found in the area. Hope I have helped. Take care!

We used the Jacksonville Children's Clinic the first time we were here and now we are in the Family Care Clinic with Dr Ehrhart and Dr. Perkins. Both are pretty good.
The Family Care number is ###-###-#### It's across the street from the Onslow Memorial. They have walk-ins and if you just need shots or blood drawn you don't need an appointment.
