I took Diflucan during my second pregnancy. I had no side effects from it and it didn't affect my son.

Fluconazole is the generic name for Diflucan, so they are basically the same thing. I did take it during one of my pregnancies and my babies are fine. I think that it was in the late pregnancy. I don't know how comfortable I would be in the first trimester.

I took Fluconazole. No problems. My doctor insisted it wouldn't hurt the baby.
