My sister swears by a Dr. Harney in Richardson. She used to have a lot of migraines. Do some research on adding magnesium to her diet too.
My 27 year old daughter has been having severe headaches for some time. Her doctor, a GP, has said they are caused by allergies, but we know that it's more than that. I had migraines when I was her age and feel sure that she is having them as well. Does anyone know of a neurologist who specializes in this type of problem?

Hi S.,
I suffered with migraine headache for 20 years, searched and prayed for relif it was so unbarable. I met a lady at Visions Women Health Expo 9 years back who introduced me to a natural nutritional food supplement that has helped me and to this day I have not had migraine again. If you are interewsted I will be happy to share details.
I would recommend seeing a chiropractor first as many times migraines are caused by misalignments of the 1st and 2nd vertebrae in the neck. I am a chiropractor and would be happy to consult with you and your daughter. My office is located in Dallas at Meadow and N. Central Expy., which is near Walnut Hill Ln. or I would be happy to refer you to someone who may be more conveniently located to you. If you are interested, please respond to this message.
I do have many friends who used nutritional product are migraines free. Let me know if you want to learn more about it.
There is a great group of Neurologists in Dallas at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. Dr. Stuart Black and Dr. Morreen Wooten Watts are migraine specialists. There are a few other neurologists in that group that are fantastic and all specialize in migraines. Hope this helps. ###-###-#### is the office number.
I go to Dr. Hopson in Plano off the Tollway, his is very good.
Hi, S....
My neurologist is Shanan Brinson-Munoz, and she practices at Medical City Dallas. Her office is in Bldg B, suite 116. Her phone # is ###-###-####.
She treats me for other conditions, but she also works with migraine patients, and both my husband and I think she's great!
You can tell her J. S. referred you and your daughter!! :)

Hello!
Until you find a doctor that you like, you might want to try fish oil tablets, 1200 mgs. Try taking 2 three times a day. It has helped my family tremendously.!
Blessings!

I went to Dr. Wooten-Watts, female neurologist, and she seemed knowledgeable. Her number is ###-###-#### on the corner of Greenville and Walnut Hill Ln in the Bank of America building. A co-worker told me about another by the name of Steven Lindler, but I don't have his number. I believe he's at the Dallas Medical Center, north on 75. I think that's the name.
God Bless and best wishes.
I second Dr. Wolfman.
My husband was almost killed in an car accident about 15 yrs ago. Dr. Wolfman addressed the head injury right away and my hubby is doing great with no issues or chronic pain from a head injury.
Dr. Shannen Munoz in Richardson helped me with my migraines. She prescribed a wonderful medication called Amerge. This is the only med. that has ever worked for me. Good luck!
Dr Wolfman, he was my Neuro and if I am not mistaken, my nephew's as well. He used to office over by the main hospital on Coit. Good luck! Migraines are terrible!
