Even if you regained your original shape after the birth of your first, the abdominal muscles are stretched, and will never be as firm as they were before your first pregnancy. Naturally, this will cause you to "show" earlier with second, third, etc. pregnancies. You'll probably have to be a little more careful this time to eat healthy and get enough exercise and rest - all of those things are much harder to do when you are spending all of your energy being a mom! But DO take care of yourself, DON'T worry about having a huge baby (it's not terribly likely!), and DO enjoy your pregnancy! And by the way, make sure you tell your little girl that the baby is growing inside of you, and keep all of you comments positive and upbeat! Try not to complain or be negative in front of her - you don't want her to resent the baby before he/she even arrives!
