Hi Moms! I am currently 33 weeks pregnant with my first baby and I need to find a pediatrician in the Loves Park/Rockford area. Does anyone have any suggestions on who I should use. I looked online for some sort of doctor reviews and I couldn't find anything. Help!

I completely recommend Dr. Sharon Rhodes ###-###-####. She is on Mulford near Spring Creek. We interviewed doctors though and that really helped because you want one that matches your personality.

Both of my sons see Dr. Angela Rodriguez. She is wonderful. Very helpful with any problems or questions that I have ever had and my boys are now 10 and 6. I do have an opinion of one to stay away from but prefer not to mention that on a public forum. I will say that he is not one that has been mentioned here thus far but if you would like to email me, I will give you his name and my reasons.
I love Dr. Hart (Pediatric Associates) on Strathmoor Drive in Rockford. He was at the hospitals right away when my sons were born. He was there first thing when my son went to the hospital with a febrille fever. He always takes the time you need with you. He is happy to answer questions and talk with you. He never seems impatient or rushed once he walks into the room with you. He enjoys children and never seems fed up no matter how busy the waiting room is. He will go over everything with you and does not just rush in and give and exam or find the quickest answer to a problem and move on to the next kid. I trust him completely and respect him very very much.
We LOVE Dr. Sharon Rhodes. She is at the Rockford Health System building on the corner of Mulford and Churchill. She is fantastic. We went through 3 peds before we found her. Hope this helps.
