I had a very nice organic facial and massage at the Garden Spa on 635 just past 75. Have only gone once so don't know about consistency but the first experience was great!
The Spa at the Cooper Guest Lodge is the best!
There is the Red Door Spa across from Northpark Mall 75 and Loop 12 or the Nordstrom Spa at the Galleria - 635 and Tollway.
Mont-Marie Skin Care is just across the Tollway from the Galleria; you can be there in five minutes from 635 & Central. Marie gives the most amazing facials that last almost an hour & a half! I have had a wonderful massage there, too. I cannot say enough good things about Mont-Marie : ) ###-###-####.
