Steam Floor Cleaner

I have a Bissell Pro Heat. I LOVE it. It is the 2nd Bissell I have had. I had a Hoover before the Bissells. The reason I went with Bissell is that I like the hot water heater on it. I think we spent less than $300 and I use it alot with 3 dogs and a teen.

It is not fun using it but it is SO worth it. I would never rent a machine that had someone else's dirt in it. You cannot get that out. I have had many "pros" come in and I can still do a better job. I think that is because it is MY house, MY carpet and I care more about the quality of the job, not how many jobs I get that day.

We got ours at Home Depot.

I just bought the Bissell top of the line deep clean steamer. It has a heater that heats the hot water up to 25% hotter, in 60 seconds. I used it on tile floors, and mainly on carpet. It's even better than a rug doctor. Worked fantasticly on the carpets. Does upholstery also. Cost about $350 at Kohls, was on sale, plus went on a 15% off day, so got it for about $250. Very much worth it.

I agree. I have the bissel pro heat and love it. Works better and cheaper than renting or hiring. And it has a wand you can use for furniture or spot cleaning. You can also use it as wet vac.

I bought a Bissel carpet cleaner, dont remember the model but it was the light blue one, it cost $267 at Wal-Mart and it was SO worth it. I love it and it works really really well. Especially if you use a commercial cleaning solvent that you can get at Sam's. It is a lot cheaper then the Bissel shampoo and works better!!!!
