Does anyone know a good place to purchase children's (shoe size 2)black and blue ankle socks by the pair. I used to purchase at Kohl's but they don't seem to carry them anymore.

Gymboree & Children's Place have great socks!!! Plain colors too.
Try The Children's Place. They have socks in every color of the rainbow, from infant to tween. HTH!
