Hi everyone. I'm starting a Strollerfit franchise in the Lakewood/Park Cities area and was just wondering what the interest level is? I will be starting morning classes and evening classes at a location to be determined, but near Lakewood and/or Park Cities.
Sorry....I guess I should give more information about Strollerfit.....Strollerfit is a 50-minute instructor lead exercise program that allows you to work out with your baby and stroller. It's a great cardio and resistance training workout, led by certified instructors that allows you to spend time with your baby and other moms. The kids love it and are engaged througout the class as we incorporate fun childrens songs and other interactive things for them. I will definitely hold morning classes and will be teaching the evening classes (5:30 or 6) for those that can't make it to the AM sessions (self included). There are already classes in Plano and Frisco for those interested in checking it out firsthand, which I highly reccomend!
I've seen this type of thing at White Rock Lake, which is near Lakewood, so Park Cities might be a good location. Sounds like fun!

I'm curious about the cost. I did some Baby Bootcamp classes and found them to be kind of pricey.

Yipppeee! Finally something in our area! I was driving to Frisco for a while, and well, that didnt last very long.....
