Secret shopping is not very good pay-wise. The lowest pay is $6 to drive somewhere, remember everything you were supposed to check, and then drive home and report your findings online. Sometimes you can get a meal out of it, or a night at a hotel, but even then you have to pay out of pocket and wait at least a month to get that money back. That is your pay.
