Lol I was gonna post the same ? last night than just decided to just figure it out instead of waiting for an answer. It depends on how many seeds your pumpkin produces. I usually put them on a baking sheet with nothing but salt, oil makes them to chewy for my taste. Place in oven on 350 and check them in 20 min than stir them every 10 min till they are dry. And a great tip DON'T RINSE them all the goo and slim make for a tasty seed , its just like eating roasted pumpkin or pumpkin pie so the more goop the better. Happy Halloween!!
