We are relocating to Tucson, AZ in about October and transfering my son who will b/e in first grade. I know the fashion trends change from location to location, so I was wondering....What do the boys wear there Here it is DC, Nikes, the whole skater deal. I want to get some things for him here as the summer stuff is on sale here. Thanks!

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

WOW! Didn't know asking a general question would warrant such rude answers. If you can't say anything nice...don't say it at all.
Nevermind, I'll figure it out.

Hi M.,
I live in Tucson. A lot of the schools wear uniforms here, even public. I have
2 girls and a baby boy. Really i think its a personal preference of what to wear. We wear shorts all year and tanktops. sandals, cargo shorts are cute for boys. lots of boys wear skinny jeans here.

I have 2 boys. As far as I am aware boys generally do not care what they are wearing. Pants, shirts. I still shop for my 13 y/o - he never complains. My little guy has favorite shirts but as far as looks or brands - I never pay attention. Didn't know boys care.

I'm with Sunni. The longer I can hold off having my son worry about what is in style, the better. He is 8. Take your son with you, hit the sales, and let him pick out his clothes. You can't go wrong if he chooses what you buy.

Happy shopping! : )

Mine is going into 3rd, so is getting a little more aware of what is "cool" but in first grade, I could have put a dress on him! LOL

I'd say stick to the basics. Style is style.
