My daughter is 12 years old and will soon be 13. I was wondering what vitamins they use for this age. Up until now she has been taking the regular old Flinstone vitamins. Could I let her take the same multi-vitamin I take. She takes adult cold and allergy medicines. Just a little side note, My daughter is not the average 12 year old. We are a very tall family and she is already 5ft10in. This is already taller then the average adult female. So basically what do you give your children? Thanks

What can I do next?

You could try the One a Day Teen (girl) vitamins. It is probably a marketing ploy and may have the same stuff as an adult multivitamin, but, if you are like me, you'll figure "why not?" and buy them anyways :) Makes my just turned 12 yr old feel like a real teenager to take her own vitamin she thinks is just for her.

You can still give her flinstones. My doctor actually suggested that I take them and said that they are actually better than most of the multi vitamins out there. Our whole family takes them.
