Panko crusted tilapia: (mix plain panko with diced garlic, diced parsley, and olive oil in a bowl. After salting and peppering a piece of tilapia crust only one side, place on a baking sheet that has been brushed with olive oil and bake at 375 for about 15-20 minutes. The panko should have a nice brown color and a toothpick should slide through the fish.) It's so delicious and crunchy. I make this two to three times a week.
