I'd try Costco, Target, Kohls, Penneys... Many these come in 6 packs as well. Just buy a bunch of 3 and 6 packs and be on your way! No stress. You can probable find coupons as well.
You want a wholesale distributor, or go directly to a company like Hanes. Google wholesale onesies distributor and start making inquiries.
Alibaba is what you need to go on for bulk goods.
