heya Mama's!!!
This may seem silly, but I REALLY need to find one of those liquid fabric softner dispensers! My washing machine doesn't have a softner dispenser and when I wash my towels and sheets esp, I love to use BOTH liquid softner and dryer sheets in the lavendar vanilla scent!!! I can NEVER catch the darn rinse cycle, so I start the rinse cycle over and add the softner (which is a real waste of water I know, but this is kind of one of my big pet peeves...LOL) Hence, why I am so desperate to find one of those silly balls!!! They used to be made by downy and I had several of them. Well through the years I have given my extras away and ended up losing MINE in the last couple of moves we have made....uGH!!!
I never realized how much I would miss that silly thing!! But it spoiled me to using liquid softner of certain things and now I am stuck....HELP!!!
LOL :) If anyone has any suggestions on HOW I can get my hands on one I would GREATLY appreciate it!! Even if you have an extra I will BUY IT from you!!! LOL

Well the walmart by my house doesn't have them, but now that I know they are actually still available off the shelf, I am going to hold off and find one at the store! I just refuse to pay the outrageous prices and/or shipping that the ones I can find online are charging! The thing cost under $2 at the store...I haven't found one online yet that wasn't pushing 10 bux!! I really want one, but have decided I have made it this long without one..I would just save water by NOT restarting the washer if I missed the cycle and deal with it until I find one!!

I just saw them at Wal Mart in the laundry isle. I was shocked cause I thought they were gone too and I had the same issue as you- They were less than $2.00.
Good MOrning Molly, I know what you mean about not having that ball....I found mine at TArget for a few dollars. But those few dollars save some much money and so worth it in the long run.My husband doesn't like softner so when he does the clothes and sees it, its a search game to find that little ball... I also do the same as you do, the sheets and softner, to try to cut corners get the store brand sheets.They work ok but with the softner and sheets it saves you a little money. Good luck with finding your little ball.
