Walmart does them. my friend had made that size at walmart and has them hanging on her walls of her children. They looked amazing. She also laminated them on foam board so they were thick.
Hi moms. My husband is a novice photographer and I want to encourage his art and also surprise him with a nice framed print of one of his photos. I want to do 16x20 or so. Where can I get this done? Obviously I want a quality paper and a spot-on color match. Any recommendations welcome!
Thanks moms! I don't have a Costo membership :( But I can see if any of my friends do. I might give the Kodak site a try.

My husband is also a photographer.. go with costco literally NO difference in quality from the more expensive places and they have some sort of satisfaction guarantee.. Before you order check your husbands camera and see what megapixels he's using.. he needs to be using at least a 13 megapixel camera for a clear print that size (based on my experience). I'd also recommend getting a matt and frame.. michaels and hobby lobby always has great deals on them it'll make it look SO much better than just a print when you give it to him.
Costco is awesome..fast...easy...inexpensive...and good quality.
Good luck...biggie photos are so beautiful!! You are a sweet and thoughtful wife...he will be so happy with your efforts.
Costco has a great photo shop. I get my huge gorgeous glossy calendars there every year and they are bigger ,clearer, more vivid and less costly than anyone else's I've seen. YOu have to be a member but it you are going to do lots of photos the membership will pay for itself within a few months. YOu can do it all online and they'll send it to your home address. and if you want regular size photos more quickly you can order them online or in the store and get them within a few hours.
Have fun!
Costco does awesom prints. Shutterfly also does some awesome prints but are a bit more expnsive. Check costco out!
walmart, sams, & costco
I have used them. It is great.
You can make photo colleges, or 'canvas' prints and poster sized prints.
Good quality.
Wolf Camera, if you have one. Or, any other photo shops. Look for private photography shops, they usually have the best printing quality. (Or, they can send you to who does!!) Make sure you are using the original, raw image to blow up. Photos that are not good quality do not blow up well and look grainy and of poor quality.
I used alphaprints-lots of sucess, not too expensive since you choose the print and paper quality. They don't frame it. Went to Michaels for that.
Costco does amazing work. I have a wrap around canvas of one of my wedding pics from there.
Another idea mpix.com
Both will allow you to upload and store all your pictures. You can also click and print, so to speak, to a mess of sizes. Not sure what camera you have but you need to also make sure you are taking the highest quality pictures or you will not be able to enlarge them as much as you want.
I do this all the time through Shutterfly.com
I had some done at Walgreens.com. They came out very good, and the price was very reasonable.
