Who's Bored?

I'm so bored that I intentionally kept my 2 yr old up til 9 so I wouldn't be alone....hubby nite out

Well, on account it's Friday night, The Man and I are playing Parcheesi and drinking tequila, so I am effectively smashed. But, no I was not 'bored' exactly til I happened by the laptop and saw your post.

And that is my final answer.

Me. I had plans that have been stymied by a vomitting five year-old. O. of this times you catch it in your hands...

I just read a story of a woman who was attempting a HBAC here close by to me, at the last minute, the OB consulted would not give her the go ahead to have her homebirth and recommended a cesarean. She went thru with it.

If something like this happens to me... I don't think I could mentally handle it. My first hospital birth which turned into a traumatic experience of inductions and interventions and a failed intervention/induction emergency cesarean... I don't think I could be ok with having another cesarean.

It may be so traumatic that I wouldn't be able to have more children. I have about 1 week left before I'm at 37 weeks and then I'll be hitting that raspberry leaf tea and cervical inserts ASAP!!!

I'm not bored. I'm exhausted. I worked my tushy off today and I'm so glad it's Friday. My son is with his dad for the weekend. I'm going to find something simple to eat and just chill and I'm not waking up until I dang well feel like it in the morning.
I'd love to have a glass of wine, but I was too dang tired to even stop at the store.
Oh well.

Not bored. More like my brain is numb.

I went to bed early last night. Hubs watched the new True Grit. So now he just went to bed, so I am watching the movie while piddling online. (I can still hear my 3 yr old playing in bed.)

@Christine: Oh dear. You just reminded me that I have a candy bar in my pantry........
@Theresa: Hmm. Should I go to the kitchen and get the candy bar or go get a margarita? (have y'all tried those pouches of pre-made slushy alcoholic drinks? Yummy.)

my 3 yr old just came out of his room telling me that he 'has blood.' His big toe is covered in blood. I ask him what happened. He says "I tore my toenail off." I rinse it and his toenail is still completely intact on his toe. I have no idea what this kid is doing. So I put "boo boo spray" on it which makes him feel like everything's just fine and dandy. I put a sock on it. And I think I still hear him awake in his bed 45 minutes after I put him to bed. <<sigh>>

yep, it's Mega Laundry Night & ooopsie, I just got started! (9:30pm)

Something seriously wrong with this picture. I believe tonight's downfall began with my teenager's truck shopping after I shut down the daycare... nothing like a vintage 71 Ford F100 to screw up a night of laundry! Now the debate is: do we say "yes" to a 2wd truck or hold out for a 4wd as we earlier dictated? Hmmm, to eat our words or not......

but, on the other hand, we got out & took a nice ride....& my 23yo had dinner going when we got home. Not a bad trade-off!

Me! Me! Me! Hence the music question. Sooooo bored tonight!

i'm really bored..my SO had to spend the night at the hospital for a sleep apnea test and I dont know what to do with myself. I kept the kids up as late as possible and then cleaned the kitchen. I'm not use to being here by myself (i have my alcoholic brother upstairs - but thats a whole other story) anyway..there isnt anything on TV so I got online...

Me! My husband got a job in another state and won't make it home this weekend (we haven't moved yet....trying to sell the house). Bored to tears!
