I have no idea, just ruins a perfect thing. Nuts have their place, just not in fudge. I don't think they belong in toffee either!

Why do children know EXACTLY when to do something naughty?

Why do children all of a sudden have the power to move faster than lightening when they are doing something naughty?

Why do children have a very special very cute face that they pull out only when they know they are in trouble?

why do people come into a large empty bathroom and choose the stall right next to ME?!

WHY do people automatically ask you if you are pregnant if you say your stomach hurts, or just aren't feeling well???

It seriously irks me!

Why do people hide veggies in jello?! There's a place for veggies, and it's definitely NOT in jello! My grandma would put carrots, peas, or even broccoli florets in jello... yuck. She couldn't think she was actually fooling anyone, could she? lol

Nuts in fudge is awesome.. and gives fudge some protein :)

My question is why does America force us to check our blessings even if we arent in the mood too?

That is so funny!! We have that argument every year when I make fudge. My husband wants the nuts in, nobody else does, plus my son is allergic to nuts, so I end up having to make 2 batches! I don't have any burning questions at the moment, other than when the heck is my refrigerator repairman going to get here?? My freezer stuff is sitting on the counter in hopes that he will get here quick,since he said he would. Hope you have a great Thanksgiving!

Oh, P., don't you know that nuts make everything taste 1000 times better?! I know, lots of people hate nuts, but I think I would give up on life if I had a nut allergy!

I guess my burning question is: Why do people think their problems are someone else's responsibility to handle? Drives me crazy!

I agree completely about nuts and fudge. Raisins in bread pudding and alcohol in egg nog - what a way to ruin a beautiful thing in my opinion.

My late, great mama looked on fudge as a tasty way to hold together as many nuts as possible.

Same for fruitcake. She found a maker who basically made a cake so nutty that it was a wad of nuts held together with minimal batter.

But this was a woman who kept pounds and pounds of shelled pecans in her freezer all year because "everything is better with nuts."

Boy, am I missing her nutty self over the holidays!

I don't care for nuts in my desserts at all. Unless it's SUPPOSED to have nuts (peanut brittle).

Now you have me thinking about peanut butter fudge. Oh, yum.

For me, they enhance flavors.
My husband like munching on nuts, but he hates them cooked into anything.

Why do people bring a main dish to the host's Thanksgiving?

Ahem, my MIL is bringing a whole turkey along with other various sides to the thanksgiving that I am hosting this year. I mean it's not as if I don't know what I'm doing and no I'm not making turkey so I can understand bringing some along for herself only seeing as no one else is interested in turkey this year. What's wrong with people?

Another one, why do people make boxed make and cheese throw it in the oven and then call it homemade? YUCK!
