Getting Homeschooled Kid to Exercise

I have a wonderful 13 year old boy who is homeschooled. He says he wants to get out and do exercise on his more selfaware days but when it comes right down to it he always declines. His work is on the computer and he's gotten used to sitting there and working, or on his breaks playing a game. I haven't been able to induce enough motivation to be involved in sports. We have a small gym available that is private. No one is ever there when we would go. We have some equipment in the house available to use easily. We are in a great place...

Time to Exercise?????????

Hi all, I'm trying to figure out how other busy moms find the time to work exercise into their busy schedules. I get up every morning at 6:30 to get my older son up and ready for school and then have to get myself and the baby ready to go for the day. Ideally I get my shower before he gets up as it's just too hard to try and get it done once he's up for the day. He's usually up by 7 or 7:30. The hubby gets up either at 5 to be at work by 6, or around 7ish to be at work by 8. I usually leave around 8 or 9 and don't get back home til 7...
