What Am I Doing Wrong ? Infant Schedule- DESPERATE
I am starting to think I am just missing something when it comes to knowing what my baby needs. This is my first- she is 6.5 months old and has never been on a schedule and has never slept through the night. Here's what I have been trying to do- at around 730 or 8 (depending on if we are out or not) we give her a warm bath, bring her upstairs, dim the lights, give her a bottle and lay her down. We have been letting her CIO to try to get her to sleep on her own....because she's always hysterical at bedtime. She cried for about ten minutes...
