11 Month Old Has Had Diarrhea for Almost a Week. HELP!

I have a beautiful 11 month old boy who "caught a bug" last week and quickly recovered. However, the diarrhea has remained and his poor little bottom is so raw! The doctor says not to worry, that the diarrhea just takes a little longer to get over and it can hang on awhile. We are doing as the doctor says and giving him his formula, pedialyte, and baby food; but his condition is breaking my heart! He is acting normally until he "goes," then he starts to whimper because it hurts. Any suggestions, PLEASE?

What's the Best Diaper Rash Cream?

My 14 month old has fortunately not had diaper rash, until now. Usually a little dab of cream will clear up any slight redness. She is now very red and blotchy, despite using cream for days. We've tried Mustela, Lanisoh & Triple Cream. We were running low at home so switched and her daycare had a different cream so, its possible the different creams aren't helping. Any suggestions to clear up her redness and if you've had success with a particular cream? I'd love to hear from you. Thanks for your help!

I Feel like I'm Going Crazy

The past few weeks have been tough. My hubby is working crazy crazy hours and is gone 14+ hours a day leaving me and the kiddo at home. My son has been sick to: crying all the time from to many yucky diapers and bad diaper rash. We are sleeping and he's not my normal little guy. I've noticed that my own nerves are gone. I'm tired and I find myself getting annoyed with my son fussing all the time. Is this normal? I adore my son but I am so worn out and no one seems to get it. Thanks for All Your Advice!!!

My 5.5 month old daughter has her first sickness--diarrhea since Friday. We took her to urgent care and they said it is probably rotavirus. I just wanted to know if anyone has any advice on how to get her to drink fluids--she hates anything other than her formula and she won't even drink that very much. I am currently giving her lactinex granules in her formula to help her stomach combat the virus (doctor told me to do this). Also, she has developed a pretty nasty diaper rash so any advice on curing and helping this would be appreciated...

Diaper Rash on 19 Day Old Help

my 19 day old son has a yellow wet mushy poop and poos constantly now he has a diaper rash that has light bleeding he is on enfamil prosobee what can i do to help him i have use senitive wipes and boudreaux's butt paste is there another formula i can give him or a rash ointment i can try?
