Day care provided called and said it looks like our daughter has calluses on each of her feet.
I'm at work but was able to run over on my lunch break. They look red. She didnt react at all when i touched/squeezed/put pressure on the area. She is walking normal. She also did not have a fever and is acting like herself.
I'm not sure how to post a picture, but I will try.

Goodness, that looks very odd. I've never encountered it before so if it was my kid, I'd definitely take her to the pediatrician.
I think it sounds like a visit to the pediatrician may be in order.
I'm not an expert - so I hope you get her checked out, but hand and foot can show up like red spots and or blisters. You can google it to compare to see if it's at all like what your daughter has. It went around our daycare.
Usually kids feel unwell too - fever, etc.

I'd send that photo to the pediatrician if you can't get a visit scheduled right away. I'd want to rule out hand & foot disease (also called hand/foot/mouth) before exposing her to anyone else - assume it's contagious unless/until you hear otherwise from the doctor. In my experience, pediatricians and their staff nurses usually respond pretty quickly to something that may be running through schools and preschools and day care centers, no matter how the child is feeling.
i would keep an eye on it and if anything changes call the pedi. she may seem fine now but the fever may hit her tomorrow.
Our son had hand foot and mouth and it didn't look like that.
Time to see the doctor!
Is she wearing different shoes or slippers? Or doing anything different with her feet? You mentioned calluses. Is the skin tough, thick to the touch?
I think hand,foot, mouth has rashes on more than just one spot and skin is not thick. I'd call the advice nurse to ask about this.
The first thing I thought of when I saw it (actual read the title) is hand, foot and mouth disease (not that I have any experience with it). It is most common in children under age 5.
don't like the look of that. i'd get her into the pediatrician pronto.

That photo looks like a bug bite to me, a spider or something. I'd call the doc and ask him/her. Or find an urgent care place and go there.
Hope you got answer...doesn't look like when my son had hand, foot, mouth.
He spiked a high fever first then a few hours later broke out with the rash...mostly in is his mouth unfortunately.
Let is know what you find out...
