So I downloaded Firefox and am using it, but still no e-mail. Is there a setting maybe on my internet options that I need to change. Some days I get them right away and some days it takes forever. I am at work and our IT department has looked into the issue but can't find anything wrong on our end. :(

I suck with the computer so does anyone else have any other suggestions?

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

I didn't have these problems until a few months ago. I am going to try to upgrade my yahoo mail and see if that helps.

I would ask them to resend the email, and just double check they have the right address. Or send them something (if you can) and have them reply. Good luck! (BTW, I have Yahoo Mail for 10 years, and never have problems, I think Yahoo is great!)

I just responded on your 1st one. The browser does NOT have anything to do with Yahoo mail. Yahoo just sucks! LOL

There is no correlation between email and a browser.

Could it just be Yahoo and not your browser? The browser can help you view your mail better, but if I don't GET my email, it's not FireFox. It's Comcast.
