If it's made by nature is can’t be too bad, in moderation. One thing to be aware of is how it's made. Just like any juices, if the first three ingredients are not natural or if it not listed as 100% juice, then it's more that likely high in sugar and preservatives.
Your purple colored fruits are great anti-oxidants. This would fall into that category.
The other question is what are you looking to get from it? There are no many things out there that are claiming they CURE things you have to be careful. There is no quick fix and there is no one thing that works. You need balance.
