Does anyone have any ideas about other ways to let people know about a vacancy? I'm trying to think outside the box. We have a 1700 square foot rental home in Gallatin TN. Our property managers are great, but the more resources to get the word out, the better. Thanks so much!
Definitely craigslits..I rent our homes there and they go quickly. Just be sure to do ALL your homework...check at least 3 personal references, work references, and make sure they have good credit.
I would list it on craigs list. They have all kinds of advertising for different categories and I think it is free.

Note that on Craigslist, your listing is valid for a certain period. Then, you have to repost.
i would locate churches in the area and see if they had board that they posted information like that. Is there a school nearby? Do you still know anyone in the area? Maybe they could post a note on the teachers or PTA bulletin board about the house vacancy? good luck
