More and better sleep, exercise (I know, I know, you feel too tired for that), some sort of mental break where you get away from kids and housework and whatever else (let Dad or Grandma take the kids for a day and you spend it reading or doing something fun, not doing housework), scaling back expectations (I mean, really, maybe every bed doesn't have to be made every day), better organization so you aren't retracing steps and going over the same territory all the time, better nutrition, effective supplementation (a few people will say they took this vitamin or that one, but really, for 99% of people individual vitamins are not the key to more energy because they aren't absorbed at the cellular level so all they do is deplete the wallet), an annual physical to rule out things like anemia or hypothyroid issues, more cooperation from others in your household, better hydration, less caffeine (it dehydrates you and you get that crash after it wears off so you are even more wiped out). That's a start!
