I'm trying to see if I can change the ads I see by the words in my question..!
I don't think that's how ads work these days but you can always give it a try.
I personally don't use an adblocker. I know that ads support most sites like this operating so its seems unfiar to me to use the site and block the ads at the same time. Just my two cents.

The ads go by what you search for on Google or other pages you search things on.
Every ad for me right now is on hotels.
As soon as I hear sound I go up and pause the video ad. Just to let the companies know, I won't buy anything from you because you take my time, I have to go and stop your ads from running and taking up my internet power.
