I agree that the Gaylord is really nice. Our anniversary "tradition" when we lived in Keller was to go to the Reata, downtown Ft Worth. If the weather is nice, we loved sitting on the roof and enjoying the air, the lights, etc. The food is delicious, even if sitting inside, it is a lovely restaurant (we just liked the "downtown scene" on the roof). See what's going on at Bass Symphony & Orchestra Hall for when you're there, it's lovely. We also like Texas de Brazil a lot (a Brazilian steakhouse). If you are staying at the Gaylord though, another really tasty Brazilian steakhouse between Bedford and Grapevine is Boi Na Braza; it's closer. If you eat at one of the restaurants in the hotel, you MUST make reservations or NEVER get in. Or if you want to save a little money, maybe eat at PF Changs downtown, then walk to catch a play or hit a piano bar or go do some dancing on the back end of the square. Don't forget to look up events going on during the days you're going to be there.
