I got some iron-on paper for my printer and made my own "big brother" shirt for my son when we were expecting #2.
Michaels has some and plain t-shirts in a variety of colors. You can use clip art and make them to fit the style you want.
My friend is due with a boy in July and they already have a little girl. Any ideas of where I can find a big sister shirt and little brother shirt? I know Carter's sold them last year, but I can't find them any more.

Check out www.cafepress.com. They have lots of Big Sister shirts to choose from in a variety of styles & colors.

I bet Etsy would have something really cute - not to mention, you'd be supporting an individual. :)
Babies R Us had some.....might try there.....
I did a search online for Big Sister shirts and ended up buying a super cute one for $5.00
I made my own. You can too with either iron-ons as suggested previously or puffy paints (the old-school name). Any kind of t-shirt can be used as long as it fits what you want to put on it, whatever fits your budget is my motto. Good luck!
I bought my girls Big Sis/Little Sis shirts at Meijer last year. They were less than $4 a shirt. I think I just saw one at Kohl's last weekend too.
Or just make your own. Get a colored t-shirt and an iron on decal.
