Hi I need HELP!!! I currently live in a really bad run down apartment with a scum landlord with my 4 year old daughter and really need to find a place to live. I mean it's bad here my kitchen sinks don't work and there is a pipe leak and when we take a shower it runs into the dining room which is causing mold to grow on the floor and walls. If anyone knows of a place please let me know asap thank you
well everyone i found an apartment! My old landlord find out what was going on and said he had something. now me and my daughter live in nice CLEAN apartment even has a back yard. I live in the Leetsdale area, and my landlord has 2 apts available, 2 bedrooms. Nice neighborhood and quiet except the trains that run.

Where do you live now and where are you looking to move to? I have a friend who currently has her house on the market in Avalon PA and is considering renting it out.
What part of town do you live in? There are some very affordable places in Forest Hills. Shadyside is very pricey as it Oakland, but you might be able to find something affordable in Squirrel Hill. Lawrenceville is really doing great and you may still be able to find something there.
contact the health department they will make your landlord fix everything or he will be fined. Put your rent in escrow and go to the magistrate and sue him in civil court. hope this helps.
