If you want the exact recipe go to cbs.com or nbc.com or whatever station the show comes on and go to contact us and ask them specifically and refer to that show or find that show's website.

Hi M.,

Any idea what show she saw it on? You might try www.foodnetwork.com or Kraft.com- they have great recipes and you can search for specific things. Good luck and enjoy!

My kids love this:

1 red bell pepper, julienned
1/2 pound large cooked shrimp,
1/2 pound cooked chicken breast
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Meanwhile prepare the remaining ingredients.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the red pepper, shrimp, chicken, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Add pasta to the boiling water and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Add the pasta to the shrimp mixture and toss to coat well.

I'm sure you'll find good recipies from the other postings, but I wanted to offer a time saver tip - when you go to the poultry section, look for the pre-marinated chicken with a lemon sauce. They usually come with 3 or 4 breast individually packaged. I buy this chicken with various marinades and use them in pastas and salads all the time. I get mine at Wal-Mart, Albertsons or Kroger.

Here is a link to the recipe I think you are talking about -

I hope she likes it, lol.... my daughter who is only three is an avid seafood eater. She loves crab legs and shrimp.

Good luck!

You could also go to allrecipes.com and search for it. I'd just saute some onion or shallots (and a little garlic if you think she'd like it) in some olive oil & some butter (not a whole lot, just enough to cook the ingredients and have enough to make a light sauce for the pasta, add your shrimp (shelled & deveined) and saute until opaque, add some store-bought grilled or fajita diced chicken, and pour over cooked angel hair pasta. If you'd like to "green it up" a bit, I'd throw in some small fresh brocoli florets in the beginning. You may want to par-boil them first before adding them so they'll be cooked through. Toss the sauce, etc. with the cooked pasta, add salt & pepper to taste, and if she likes parmesan, I'd also toss the dish with some grated parmesan. Yummo. ;-)

Do you remember what kids show it was on?

I tried looking it up online myself and can't find anything at this time... I am not a big shrimp fan but just with chicken sounds good too.. If I find something I sure will let you know...
