I really love my dentist. Very family oreiented and make a difficult time easy. They are not in your area, but right by Arden Fair Mall. Dr. Jeff and Dr. Shaina DiMariano, sorry don't have the number handy. Call and see if they take your insurance. Even my oldest who doesn't like going to the dentist says she's glad to go to ours.

Oh yah Dr. Shaina has an office in Folsom as well if that helps. She does the pediatrics.
My son goes to Weidman Pediatric Dentistry (aka Sacramento Children's Dentistry). It's in Citrus Heights. I think the website is sacchildrensdentist.com or something, but you can google it pretty easily. He loves it.

I have been taking my son to Weidemann Pediatric Dentist in Citrus Heights since he was two.
At two, it's new and a bit challenging to gain the child's trust. They have done an amazing job in 3 years. Now that he's five, he has no problems getting his teeth cleaned.
Their office is an underwater theme with painted murals and even a bridge to an arcade so children can entertain themselves while waiting for siblings or Dr. consult.
They have a great staff and are conscience of the patient. I love them and highly recommend them any chance I can.

Julianne Digiorno, DDS and RD is an excellent dentist who sees many children as well as adults. I have observed her as she works with children and she is sensitive and seems to charm them. That aside, she has two young children - one around three and the other 9 or 10 months old, so you can be sure she is sesitive to little persons. I took my daughter to Weideman Pediatric Dentistry also. It is a wonderful and kids friendly clinic. They have tips on what parents can do before your child's first visit on their website and video clips on what to expect at the clinic. Other than books and videos, playing games of dental visit with your little one helps too.
