I was shocked as well! We don't understand what happened. We never had a favorite team thus year but it seems like the Seahawks were ready!

For the record... We didn't like the commercials either. We expected more!

Man I was bummed for Peyton. I would have rather seen the Pats play the Seahawks (and I can't stand the Pats!). That was awful last night. It seemed like the Seahawks were moving at double time while the Broncos were still thinking about getting their shoes on. :/

We invited the Broncos, but the My Little Ponies showed up.

It was a great day to live in Washington State. Fire works were seen for hours after our win!!!

Thank You Peyton for being just as good to our defense as yours was to our offense. I did not know that he allowed our boys to practice with him!!

Seriously though he is a great sportsmen and just had the wind taken out of him before they ever got a chance.

Our best move was deferring the ball until the second half. That safety would have never happened otherwise!

Sherman is #1 in class. He called out Peyton after the game....and commended him on who he was as a player and person. As he was trying to do to Crabtree, when he got slapped in the face. He had ever right to call him out, after an unsure victory over our biggest rival. You bet he was pumped and a little pissed. What Crabtree did was offensive.

No mercy rule, but will be interesting to see what the score will be.

Peyton Manning show more class on his loss than Sherman did during his stupid victory rant over the 49ers.

No, not really. This game reminded me of the Patriots v. Giants Superbowl...in 2008....lots of hype going into the game...Brady was "on fire" during practice, then looked like Bledso during the game - deer in the headlights...

Manning - while normally a great player? Last night? Wasn't there. The first 15 seconds of the game showed that when the safety happened on the second play....

As a Patriots fan, couldn't be happier. Although honestly, I respect Peyton Manning as a player and wouldn't have minded at all if the Broncos had won. It's always a weird thing when your team loses the conference championship - one one hand, you hope your opponent loses but on the other hand, if the team that beat you then goes on to get killed in the next round, what does that say about your own team's quality? Getting beaten by a team that ultimately takes home a championship is a situation where you can say "they truly were the better team, hats off to them" but this is like "we got eliminated by THEM?"

I am a HUGE football fan and have a love/hate relationship with the Super Bowl. It's normally a really great game, but it's also the end of the season and I LOVE football season.

I am a Pats fan, but was going for the Bronco's beause of a family member that works on the team and my 6 year old loves the team. They didn't even grace the field last night. It was like doubles playing. Bad game, bad commercials, great half-time show.

lol..I agree! And they said this was supposed to be a close game..best offensive team vs. best defensive team. Best part has been Bruno during half-time.

I live in WA but I am not a Seahawks fan. They won, Denver did show up but they played crappy. It was a horrible SB. I LOVE football and it was a disappointing end to the season.
It was amazing to see all the new seahawk fans come out of the woodwork...
