I agree with Robin M, the Arbonne line is truly the best I've tried. I really like the new 'energy drink', it doesn't have harmful ingredients, and does, however, have about 50mg of caffine per serving (a cup of coffee has about 200mg). I like it because it doesn't make you feel jittery, just awake and clear headed. Not to mention it restores your electorlytes, so that's great for when you work out. I am skeptic on these types of products and always leary of supplements, but Arbonne's Figure 8 are different and like Also, it does help with your appetite.
Supplements can't do all the work for you, we have to get moving too, which I'm sure you know already ;) Tae Bo is great, so is the firm, and Leslie (something) she has the walk-fit videos, easy but effective.
