LOVE, LOVE LOVE IT!!
I feel like I can relate to each of the story lines. I love the characters and how they all come together. I am not able to watch it weekly so I try to watch it ON DEMAND every once in a while and it always makes me cry. I hope other people love it and it is able to stay on air!

I am a huge fan of this show, but have to agree with another poster that mentioned that the writing was better last season. I have felt this too but am already hooked on the characters!

I like it.
I don't think it's great though-no offense. In fact, I think the writing has been kinda weak so far this new season. Really contrived and cheesy.
I've almost asked (here) if anyone else thinks the same. Lol.
My DH thinks it is terribly lame...so I have to watch it alone too.
Which suits me just fine. :)

My husband and I LOVE it! One of our top shows. We love all the characters and story lines, but since we have a child with Aspergers, we especially love the story lines with Max.

Love the show. I have a nephew w/aspergers and the same w/Acadia the storyline about Max and his family helps me out a lot on what my brother and sis-n-law go through and from being the person on the outside looking in I can now see what their going thru and can support them. W/that being said my snl watches it to and that is what helped her diagnose her son w/Aspergers. The symptons b/w Max and him were the same.

LOVE that show! I DVR it every week if I can't sit down and watch it. It's a really great show with a fantastic cast. I find so many similarities with different situations on it and some of the things that come up in my life raising kids -it's nice to see fairly realistic tv that's not REALITY tv!

Yes yes yes!!! My best friend and I do a full debrief after each episode to comment on plot lines, character development, etc. And my husband actually seems interested, too!

However, I'm annoyed with how whiny Kristina's been this season. I know she was pregnant, but c'mon already! And I really didn't like how she and Adam were apologizing to Max for him getting a detention--like it was somehow their fault that it happened. No matter whether kids have Asberger's or not, they do need to learn that their actions have reactions/consequences. Maybe now that she had the baby, things'll get better.

Jasmine seems hell-bent on making Crosby's life miserable, which I'm not quite understanding seeing as how he was doing everything in his power to make up to her and Jabbar. It's hard to watch that trainwreck happening before our very eyes.

And I LOVE Jason Ritter's character as Sarah's new boyfriend!!! They are so freakin' cute together!! (so Seth coming back is annoying me)

Yes, I love it. I usually have to record it so I am behind in watching but look forward to getting caught up. It is one of the few shows that I watch. I work with families who have children with autism spectrum disorders. Parenthood shows the most realistic portrayal of a child with autism that I have ever seen. I actually haven't seen any of the episodes of the new season but I have heard that the "Max" character no longer seems so autistic but I hope they continue to keep him as realistic as possible. I know it is nice for the parents to see someone "like" them.

That is the one show both of us look forward to each week. I love all the different goofy personalities meshing together but at the same time touch on actual situations ( to a point).

Love it, hope it sticks around for awhile!
