i'm having a hard time finding white easter dress shoes that are close toed. tehre is a good chance we will have snow this year for easter and i do'nt want to have her wear sandals she isn't a toddler but still.
We have a payless, kohls, sears, jc penny, shoe dept. but not buster brown or stride rite.
So am i wrong for not wanting sandals? and wehre can I find close toed white shoes? I would lprefer to pay under $20 but woudl go as much as $30 if i have to.

If you have some time & luck, also you might try bridal resale shops (& other more common thrift stores, but for white childrens shoes, I'm thinking the bridal might have more options)

I agree. Order them online. You'll get a better selection. Closed toed white shoes are tough to find in Ohio in March. Zappos is good but if you didn't want to pay that much, there are a million other choices.
Target? WalMart? If you're only going to wear them once (or even once a week for awhile, to church), they don't have to be top quality or leather. I insist on good quality shoes for every day wear, but I buy the cutest, fanciest pieces of garbage for special occasions you have ever seen! They won't ruin their feet in a few hours. ;)
We are still wearing boots at Easter here, so we wear our boots to church and change into our indoor shoes when we get there, so sandals are fine.
No. My DD is going to wear shoes from PayLess. They had a good variety of ballet flats and flat Mary Janes for girls for well under the $20 you budgeted. If you order online from Payless, you can return to a store (which I did today).
Zappos also has FANTASTIC service. Order two sizes if you aren't sure and ship back what doesn't fit.
